Good evening,
On 14/12/2022 my contract ended and I was eligible for a new deal. I went to Carphone Warehouse like I did in previous years and tried to upgrade my Vodafone contract. Error!!! there was a problem with my details...I've contacted Vodafone and they said the issue is sorted. Went back to Carphone and they got a different error "the customer is not eligible for an upgrade"...called Vodafone while I was at Carphone, but they couldn't help me...next day, I decided to go to the Vodafone shop for my upgrade. All went well until the last step...error...The adviser tried again, and again error...the manager came and said it is an account issue. Called Vodafone, and spent a few hours on the phone and they couldn't do anything for my upgrade...Who I can speak to about this problem? Or I should just leave Vodafone? Thank you

It's so unfortunate that Vodafone are managing to mess you around especially when your at the stage in your contract where you can end the contract or move away with a pac.
I would suggest to raise this as an official complaint via Complaints/code-of-practice.
Customer Support via 191 need to take hold of this situation and put it right for you.
