Contract still rolling after using pac

Vodafail is still billing me despite using pac code  how do I end this madness?

Online chat I was on there 5hrs last night to disconnection team to be told at end she couldn't do anything as it would end up deleting my number (it's currently being used on new contract)  on messenger they told me i can only sort it on online chat or 191. The 03333040191 hangs up after 2 rings (proven in vodafone store today) assistant said its the 1st time she's heard it do that. The kind lady in store a had look on her computer explaining their wasn't much she could do but have a quick look only then to see my number is active on 3 accounts! But she kindly raised a complaint and vodafone have been in touch via email and text already so hopefully it will get sorted.

haha you cant make it up . sent from messenger to live chat was told they would put it on my account notes only  to go there to go through everything again then too disconnection team to be told they cant help and ring 0333 304 0191 5hrs wasted vodafail strikes again cant even use a pac code without messing it up

Vodafail strikes again!

I had a phone call telling sorry and they going to credit my last bill and that was the end of it or so I thought!

To then last night to lose my service even my voicemail has gone no ringing nothing!

Not good when you've had the same number for 15yrs and small business owner who has just paid for 5000 leaflets to be distributed and got 10000 waiting to be with said telephone number on!

Disappointing 😞 to say the least 😕 done all the social messenger nonsense 🙄 they just send you in circles. Had a email from vodafone support saying they couldn't ring me I wonder why! And when I input the 6 digit reference no  in the helpline they gave guess what number not recognised

I've just searched for your user name in our social inboxes @JAMESORCHARD and can see you've provided your account details to our VOXI team a few minutes ago. They'll reply as soon as they reach your message and I'm sure we'll get this sorted for you as soon as possible. 

If you looked a looked a little further this morning they told me to log in to my voxi account which is pretty impossible without a otp text
