I have tried numerous times to speak to someone to raise a complaint and it is impossible just constantly fobbed off, vodafone wrongly set up my DD then I called to pay me device payment that was missed and then the person put it to the airtime plan then that was supposed to be refunded by a complaint specialist and surprise surprise they haven't done that either. Shocking service all round.

Right can anyone tell me how to contact specific people that claim to be from the Vodafone directors office regarding an existing complaint, I don't want to call a non uk call centre, I don't want to go on chat. I have an existing complaint where I have made my device plan payment on the 9th like I was told to do, the payment shows on the app, on my account but I I being hounded by Vodafone via text and email saying it is overdue, when I call the customer service the prompt says I am overdue by £15. I spoke to someone called Ralph who was supposed to call me back 2 days ago still nothing and now this morning received an email saying it is going to debt collectors. Either they get it sorted or give me a deadlock letter and I go to the ombudsman to deal with their incompetence.

The Vodafone Social Media Team's are a part of the Customer Escalation Team so also deal with complaints. You can contact them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries
A complaint can also be raised via Complaints/Code-of-Practice.
Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum..
