I upgraded and my last entertainment package has finished was told would get a text to set up a new one but no text has been sent

 How do I get and activate my Entertainment package? 

As in the information above text Entertainment to 97613 to have the text resent free of charge.

Have tried that link but it is not showing the free entertainment package just paid add ons
