It has been 1 week since I ported my number to Vodafone. However, I have been told it has not been ported fully as a result of a split port. I cannot receive calls and cannot send or receive texts. I've called Vodafone customer services endlessly over the past week and spoken to the porting team as well who have told me nothing but lies. They said they have sorted it out on 3 separate occasions and told me to wait 24 hours, yet it is still the same.
On my last call I was told they have escalated my query and have asked my previous network to send over the remaining files that were supposed to come along with the porting process. However, I have spoken to 3 and they say they have nothing else to send.
It is unbelievable that in my first week of contract with Vodafone I am unable to use the service because I cannot receive calls or texts. No one is offering solutions and I now keep getting fobbed off when I call Vodafone customer service. 1 week of no service is terrible. Please someone help!

Welcome to the Community.
With porting done in stages, you may well find it sorts itself out later today.
If there are still issues late this afternoon, please use Live Chat, they will get your service fully online.
In the meantime, you should still be able to receive calls on your Three phone.

I too have this issue (sorry, started a new thread before checking) only mine has been ongoing since Jan 27th in fact.
Surely there must be some sort of escalation team that can actually sort this out? I've been on with so many different people at Vodafone, the latest was allegedly 2nd line tech support who told me I have to wait another 5 days as they need to escalate again to "super user" ??
Acceptable? I think not.

Hi, Meril, i ported 12 days ago, and in that time i have been unable to receive any calls and texts, keep calling, keep getting same answer, all will be sorted in 72hrs, i am getting close to ripping up contact, i have had no service, don't know what else to do, really don't need the hassle, as i don't keep well, missing hospital appointments calls etc, it is past a joke, hope you are getting on better than me.

If you pop over onto Vodafone's facebook page (Vodafone UK), you will see customers are given a "Contact Us" code and link.
You then go through a simple account verification process, and hopefully get in touch with someone who can help you.
Live Help should be the quickest way of getting help but if you are not getting the help you need, try the Facebook approach.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!! BACK TO SQUARE 1
This is the response I get:-
Hi Suki82,
As your query is account specific, we’re unable to help you on the forum.
To reach customer services you can:
Call 191 from your Vodafone mobile (calls are free on Pay monthly or 25p on Pay as you go) or 03333040191 from any other phone
Speak to Live help on our Contact us page
Visit your local store
If you need to contact our team directly:
Click here and enter your information. Make sure you click the link to send us your details as we’re unable to respond to private messages.
Enter the code in the box. If any additional characters or spaces are entered the rest of the form won’t appear
Include your forum username and a link to your post within the main text box
Make sure you include any other info needed to help with your query, including an alternate contact number if necessary
There's a character limit of 2500 and the page will time out, so you may want to draft your query elsewhere first and then paste it into the text box.
