Hi,
my iPhone 8 screen started to freeze when scrolling so sent it off to Vodafone repair centre 2 days later they called me to say no fault could be found and sent it back to me. I received the phone back and the problem was still there so I contacted Vodafone again and was advised to send it back in. 10 days later I still haven’t heard anything from them so I called them and was told there was damage to my screen and my warranty is now void. I said there was no damage to the screen when I sent it in so it was escalated to customer relations team. When I spoke to them they are now saying the screen isn’t an original iPhone screen. I haven’t had the screen replaced and this problem wasn’t found on the first time I sent it in although they are now saying it was noted on my file. Vodafone repair centre are now trying to charge me £249 for the screen fixing. They offered me £100 off the cost as a good will gesture, u refused it as the screen wasn’t damaged and I haven’t had the screen changed so now it’s gone to deadlock? Although I’m not entirely sure what that means and where I go from here. Please help!

You could speak to the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries but I think your going to need to raise a complaint @Sophie34
It would help your cause if you took time and dated stamped pictures of the phone prior to repair.
If the Apple store was open I would have suggested to visit there with the iPhone.
I wish you all the best with this.
