Hello,
The bot in the support chat tell you to call vodafone ... the bot in the call tells me to go over internet to talk to Tobi.
Manage to talk to an adviser to get an upgrade ... had the upgrade done on a wrong plan and not what i asked for.
What now?! Because no one seems to know what is going on in my account.
Advisers tell me they need to call IT. =)) They don't understand it ...
Been connected to 5 different departments.
