I hoping one of the mods, will be able to help me as I can not get VeryMe working - Ive called CS numerous times and its never been resolved.
1. I've uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app
2. Followed guidance from CS
3. Previously sent an email to tlc rewards - however nothing happens here, just ignored as per usual.

There are a few things Vodafone suggest here: What should I do if I can't access VeryMe? Try texting ACCESS to 97888 for Very Me, you will receive a return acknowledgement text.
