after following voxi instruction to put sim number in and choosing my package and making payment my sim is not activating, it just says emergency calls only. I phone is unlocked on all networks so it can't be that i have left a message on facebook but no reply as of yet. Can someone help because its really frustrating as voxi don't have a call centre. After researching i found out that voxi is part of vodaphone. Also the password i setup on voxi wont let me login i know the password is correct. Thank you

Same here, bough on the weekend paid for a package and still nothing, I can't log in to the account as I don't have a number yet! Very poor service. Can anyone help?

Hey @601strain As we have no account access on the Community, please drop a message to our Social Media team here so they can securely locate and access the account linked to your SIM. They can then make sure everything is set up correctly and get you up and running!

I activated my voxi sim, bought the sim plan and it does not work. I do not know my number beacuse it did not give me one and my username and password I made does not work.

Hey @MSameer_2004, it can take up to 24 hours for your SIM to activate and as this is directly connected to your online account, you won't be able to log into this until the activation's complete. If it's been more than 24 hours since you requested you SIM activation and it's still not active, pop us a private message through Facebook at VOXI UK or Twitter using the handle VOXI UK. When our automated assistant greets you, please select 'Get started' followed by 'asked to DM'. Once you've been forwarded to our team pop us your full name, email address, a link to this thread and your Commnunity ID and we'll be happy to help.

Hey @cdine and @KINGDANIEL41, It can take up to 24 hours for your new VOXI SIM to become fully active. If your SIM's are still not active after this time, Pop out VOXI Social team a private message through either Facebook or Twitter and we'll be happy to look into the reason for this delay 😊

I follow voxi instruction and choose my package and then make the payment before two days. but still my sim is not activated, i choose this sim for my friend recommendation.but seriously useless.
is it possible to some one help me to activate the sim or just guide me to get the refund the amount so i want buy a good sim for my use.
