Wrong price for tariff - Incorrect discount and original price

I recently purchased 2 Additional SIM only plans on my account and they were appearing as £5 each for 100GB of data. Once purchased, I also received an email confirming the same - they original price for each sim was £15 but would be discounted by £10 down to £5 monthly. 

 

Now that I have activated the SIM plans, the My Vodafone App and Website seem to be showing that they are priced at £10 each, down from £20... This is £5 more than was agreed and also goes against the order confirmation email I received. Live chat also don't seem to know the correct price. is there any way this can be solved?

I would suggest to call Vodafone on 191 as this needs accoubt access.

Live chat really should have been able to help.

Are you still within your 14 days cooling off period to cancel if required ?

Did you take out the sim only direct with Vodafone or an independent  ?

The Vodafone Social Media Team's who reply here can help if you contact them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM. They don't have account access via the forum.
