they still can't solve this problem, it seems to me that schoolchildren or people without knowledge work there. I'm already really thinking about breaking all contracts with this company if they don't solve my problem. Since they are only wasting my time and money

The problem with logging into the account or how vodafone employees have not been able to solve the problem for more than 6 months.
After buying a phone and switching to a monthly plan, I could not log into my account - I enter my username and password, but I do not see my phone number to receive a security code.
For 6 months, Vodafone uk employees cannot solve my problem. All they do is respond with templates:
- we will solve your problem in 24-72 hours
- my account is reset and after 48 hours I register again and get this problem again.
- We understand your point and the amount of hassle you have been through for all this, however please allow us last chance to get it resolved for you as we have raised it to our backend team they will surely get this resolved this time for you.
-I have tried everything I can do for resolving the issue but now it can only be resolved by the back office team
And so on forever!!!!!!
I wonder if vodafone uk employs schoolchildren or if there is no professional team at all? Who made the problem themselves and can't solve it!
I am outraged that they respond with prepared templates and do not even try to do something! And I wait every 48 hours. I have always chosen vodafone as the operator in each country because I thought vodafone was the best operator. But when I started using vodafone uk I was just shocked!
How can I solve my problem? or should I break the contract with Vodafone?

It looks like this number has already been registered. If you’ve forgotten your details you can reset them on the login page or with an adviser over Live Chat

Send the Social Team another message @Dian888 , they will get this escalated the data protection you need to pass would have expired and you will be asked to go through the usual security checks.
By coming to the Community and asking the Social Team for help you have found the best place to get your online account online and you shouldn't be insulting and calling the Team who will be giving you direct support and help school children, though I am sure they will see the funny side, just hope you don't speak to Customer Services like that. You will get a lot more help being polite.

I think if you contact online support on the official website for 6 months, spending more than 30 times from 1 hour of your time on template communication and constant explanation of problems. I would like to see how you would communicate and react?

Understand your frustration @Dian888 , you have had this problem since June. Going back to the previous page @Jason replied that the Social Team were unable to find any previous messages from you and that will be the reason for you not receiving a reply.
Definitely follow the link to contact the Team through social channels, they will be the Team to get this solved fore you.
Do be polite, no excuse for insulting the Team who will be helping you, but being called school children is quite funny.

I remind you that I have been trying to solve my problem for 6 months now and I do not communicate with the social team, but with the support service of the site vodafone.uk
And throughout this time, I've been getting answers from the technical department:
-So please bear with us for 24-48hours and they will resolve it for sure for you we have taken the ownership of your case and added notes as well.
-I have escalated it with the further team so please be assured the team will do it on priority basis.
-Please allow us one last chance you'll not face this issue again
-We understand that you might be given the same resolution earlier as well but we have now raised it on priority with our team so they can look into this for you and get back with a resolution this time which can fix this and you don't have to repeat all this.
-I assure you that you'll not contact us again for the same issue
I think if you communicated with support http://vodafone.co.uk and we received such answers for 6 months, not solutions to the problem. You would evaluate the competence of the support staff in the same way as Schoolchildren who respond with templates.
and there's nothing funny about it. As the owner of an IT company, I understand how this should work.

You have come to the Community @Dian888 but the Social Team can't give you any help until you send them the necessary message and know who you are. The Social Team will be able to do much more in depth investigation and no doubt get your account online.

hi, I’ve resigned to the fact that I’ll not be able to log into my account again, not been able to login since 14th Nov, and been getting my info from text shortcodes, I’m hoping when Vodafone merges with 3(three). they will create a new system and everyone will need to re-register from scratch. I’m still in contact with Social Media team, but don’t think my issue will get fixed, by the looks of it, I lot of people are in the same boat as me on this forum. I can still log into my One Number plan connected to my watch with no issues.
