Account still open on credit report

Hi I left Vodafone in 2020 April/may. My account is still showing active on my credit report I’ve contacted Vodafone before in April 2022 and they said it’s closed why is it still reporting open?

Apple Watch mobile data connection issue

I cannot connect my Apple Watch SE to my phone. The process via the watch app on my phone says the process could take 24hrs and they will let me know when it’s done. I have been trying over and over for 2 weeks.
