Resolved! Voicemail not working correctly

If I reject an incoming call it's diverted to voicemail correctly. If I just don't answer it, however, the call just ends. I've checked my settings and they seem OK (AFAIK)  Any suggestions?

Resolved! Vodafone Pay not working in Turkey

I want to pay my Bill with Vodafone Pay program but I can't do this about 3 months. Vodafone Turkey don't help to me till 3 months. So I can't use my Vodafone Pay Card by online payments. Please help.

eSim Postal Code Issue

I’m trying to purchase a “pay monthly” esim card but during the checkout process, my USA postal code isn’t accepted. I’ll be abroad for the next 4 months and have no other postal code to use that works. 

Account closed - but it isn't?

When I log into the My Vodafone App or into my online account it just says that there are no active plans... but my plan isn't due to end until April 2023! Is this just a known technical issue going on? It's been like this for a few days now .... 

Payment errors

Paid off my device but Vodafone taking multiple payments for this transaction despite acknowledging error. Help.
