Upgrading Mid-Contract

If I take out a 24 month SIM Only plan (150GB Red + Entertainment @ £33) and decide in 4 or 5 months time I want a more expensive 24 month SIM Only plan (150GB Xtra Global Roam + Entertainment @ £43), can I do that, as I'd be spending more money?
