Sure Signal v3 not connecting with my phone

Hi

I am having issues with my sure signal version 3 which I recently purchased to replace an old v1. Every 2 or 3 days I have to reset my sure signal because the red light is on but the second light is flashing. Even when I have the first 3 lights on, my phone doesn't seem to connect all the time. I get zero reception at home without it so it is very frustrating that it's not working properly. As reqested on the troubleshooting page, please see details below.

Kind Regards

Julie

Everything looks ok with your setup.

Can you try doing some random speed tests at different points in the day? Maybe there’s something happening on your ISP side that’s causing it to break connection.

The fact that it connects and works ok for periods of time, indicates that everything is setup correctly. Have you tried it at a different location, to see if it’s a device fault?
