I'm in the same position. Already have a post open on here but moderator has stopped responding. Ours were meant to be ordered - weren't. Ordered in store. Waiting 6 weeks - now told discontinued. Got a reply from @Natasha but contact form doesn't seem to be working - not getting any acknowledgment from the form - posted this on my post too and now nothing. I'm not holding my breath. Is it too difficult to offer an alternative gift seeing as the vr's are now discontinued?

@Becca_P does that mean the information @fangface666 has been given is incorrect? Do they need to contact Customer Services again?

So we can check the status of this for the customer and ensure all the information provided to them is correct, I've sent @fangface666 a private message.
