Hi,
I bought an iphone 5s to replace galaxy s4, new SIM needed as it was nano, but since then it wont conenct to the suresignal.
i assume its due to the SIM being different, as the phone number is the "owner" i cant remove/re add, is there anything that can be done to force the new SIM detrails onto the device?

You may need to remove the number from your online account and readd the number. Please see the link below.

Hi @iany
After a Sim swap its recommended to de register the number for 24 hours and then re register it.
