At least once a week I get a message: Just to let you know that you have got now unlimited minutes etc. to enjoy the rest of the day and £ 1 is deducted when I have not used phone or text. Very grateful for answers.
just got a pay as you go sim and requested the PAC code from my old supplier the number of the phone changed today, but my account still wants to send security codes to my old number. so i cant access 'my vodafone' account on the phone or the website...
