Suresignal not working

I have had a Suresignal now for 2 days and it wont connect.   i have it plugged directly into my BT home hub.   are there any known problems with this combination?

I've added a my phone to the sure signal at home, and I got a text (while I was out) saying that I can now use the sure signal....but it's not working...? Can anyone tell me why?! Thanks

sure signal not working
